Washington State Tax

President Trump signed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (“the Act”) on December 22, 2017, implementing a new law that affects many taxpayers. The Act impacts the federal estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws, as well as issues for consideration as individuals look to update their estate plans. Learn how the Act impacts Washington residents and the Washington State estate tax, as well as opportunities to incorporate charitable giving into estate plans.
